What constitutes a no-show?
In order to avoid a penalty, as per the No Show Policy, a cancellation must be made no later than 3 p.m. on the day before arrival.

To cancel, make changes or if you have any questions, please contact us by replying to the confirmation email we sent you or through the contact page on our website, mentioning your reservation number beginning with #GND.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Few hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This should be listed in the Info section of the hotel listing. There may be a charge for this service.
Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs. Some hotels have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds. This will be listed in the Rates/Booking or Info sections of the hotel description.
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability.
Why do I have to include my credit card number
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of booking. This is required to hold your room and to send a confirmation number. A deposit is most of the time required to guarantee your reservation. Deposit and Cancellation terms may vary from hotel to hotel. Read the "Deposit and Cancellation Policy" at the top of the Booking form for more information.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
For your security, we use a secure commerce server which encrypts the credit card number, encoding it into a non-usable form.
How long will it take onlyGrenada to respond to my reservation request?
All requests will be handled in the order received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, your confirmation should only take a few hours. However there can be delays. While we ask for 24 hours, it usually doesn't take that long. If you cannot wait, you may need to contact the hotel directly. Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Making special requests
When you're making a reservation, there will be a box where you can note any particular requests. Though we pass these along to the property, there is no guarantee that your request will be met.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The confirmation you receive from onlyGrenada is all you will need. It displays your onlyGrenada reservation number, the hotel information, the rate, your confirmation, and the hotel's deposit and cancellation policy.
How do I check on my request for a hotel?
Your booking will be processed through onlyGrenada and finalized by email, which will contain the confirmation number, hotel address and phone number, as well as onlyGrenada's email address email@example.com. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service please include your "Reservation Number" which you will receive after you submit your booking.
What is the cost for using our service?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use onlyGrenada's hotel reservation service or search engine. Cancellation terms may vary from hotel to hotel.
What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
The card types accepted for guarantee/deposit will be listed in the Booking section.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
The room rate is per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It's for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two people.
Can I book the same rates directly with the hotel if I mention onlyGrenada?
The only place you can get the onlyGrenada rate is on onlyGrenada. While mentioning our name may sound cool, it won't score you the deals you see here.
How can I view a breakdown of nightly rates before booking?
The checkout page gives you the opportunity to double-check everything before booking. It contains a summary of all of the details about your purchase. To view your daily rates, please click on the Price Details link on the right side of the page.
I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to onlyGrenada for reservations. If you are entitled to receive any special discounts, you will need to contact the hotel directly.
How do I use my coupon or promotional code?
During the secure check out you will see a box where you can enter your coupon or promotional code. The total purchase price will be recalculated based on the value of the coupon or promotional code.
Is breakfast included?
This should be listed in the Rates section of the hotel.
What are the directions to the hotel?
The directions to the hotel are listed in the confirmation you receive from onlyGrenada.
When do points post?
Miles earned will not post to your account until after you complete the hotel stay. Posting times vary but are typically 6-8 weeks from completion of your hotel reservation.
Can I book for other people and earn the rewards for myself?
